A: Premium members receive 1 human resume review per month. You can submit your resume (or LinkedIn profile) for personalised feedback from the Chloe Careers team, typically returned within 72 hours.

A: Not at all! If you can chat, you can use Chloe AI. Just type or talk as if you were messaging a coach. You can also paste text, upload prompts, or use voice and video.

A: All conversations and documents are confidential and encrypted, stored in our account with our 3rd party provider, Sensei, not OpenAI. Chloe AI does not share your personal data or job-search materials with anyone - nothing external is being shared.

A: You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (you’ll unlock new features straight away), while downgrades will apply from your next billing cycle.

A: Yes - you’re in full control. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

A: Chloe AI has a global user base, so USD is the most consistent and universally recognised currency for digital products. It ensures pricing stays stable and clear for everyone, no matter where they're located.

Additionally, all the tools, platforms, and AI technologies we use to run Chloe AI are billed in USD. Pricing in USD keeps everything aligned on our end and allows us to maintain fair, sustainable pricing as we continue to develop and upgrade the product.

A: All plans start with a free trial so you can explore the platform before committing. After your subscription is active, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue or believe something went wrong with your purchase, just reach out to our support team - we’ll always review it on a case-by-case basis.
